Zucchini spaghettis

Ingredients:
 - 2 zucchinis
 - Some leaves of basil or chopped chives.
For cooked sauce:
 - 2 carrots
 - 1 large onion
 - 6 dried tomatoes
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp tamari

Cut the carrots and onion into pieces and cook for 15 minutes with dried tomatoes.
Mix with olive oil , tamari and 1 cup water.  Mix until smooth and add water if necessary .Pass the zucchinis with the spinning wheel or the mandolin to make spaghetti.
Cook spaghetti 4 minutes in your preheated steamer.
Chop the basil or chives.
Serve the sauce in the bottom of the plate. Arrange a nest of spaghetti on top and decorate with the basil.
Add some pine nuts, olives or dry tomatoes as you want.
You can also add some raw ham crumbled into strips.
