Roasted rainbow carrots

Finely chop 1 shallot. Toast 1 minute shallot and 1 tsp thyme. cut top of rainbow and then put the cute carrots and shallots with 2 tbsp olive, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch garlic and 1 tbsp agave (optional) in a pan to oven at 350° F. Roast 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
