Kinesiologist by training, Aurélie Glorieux worked for 10 years in the field of well-being. During her practice, Aurélie became aware of the close link between energy, mental health, and nutrition.
Passionate about cooking and a gastronome to her soul, Aurélie learned all about French cuisine thanks to her restaurant owner parents.
Then she discovered the cuisines of the world through her many travels.
In 2008, she began her initial journey when she discovered the Living Food. Since then, Aurélie has been training in nutritherapy (Jean-Paul Curtay Belgium), food profiling (Taty Lauwers Belgium), healthy nutrition (IHMN Belgium) and vibrant –plant-based food (Pol Gregoire Belgium, Matthew Kenney Academy CA).
Energized by the benefits of this vibrant cuisine, Aurélie created her own style of cooking blending her European roots with the criteria of healthy cooking.
Aurélie then launched energy cooking classes where she shares her knowledge and teaches people to cook easy, fast … and healthy!
For the past 12 years, Aurélie has been leading healthy cooking workshops, wellness retreats and accompanying people in their healthy eating with individual coaching.
